With over 15 years of experience, we offer a range of yoga classes that promote health and well-being and that are suitable for all levels of experience.
Our Pregnancy yoga classes prepare your body for birth and beyond.
Postnatal Classes, where new mothers can enjoy gentle reformative exercise with other new mums, whilst caring for their baby in class.
When you sign up for Body & Sole classes you will also receive access to our YouTube library of Hatha, Pregnancy Yoga, and relaxation sessions absolutely free.
Please bring a mat and yoga blocks (if you have them), a blanket for relaxation, and wear comfortable loose clothing. Please complete the health form below which includes my Terms and Conditions and bring it along to your first class.
